I have some experience with this. Someone in the Inernet started a rumor about St. John's wort helping with anxiety and blood pressure. That was a fucking lie. Next someone started a rumor about L-Arginine and how it "relaxes the cell walls making NO more available and, in therory, lowers blood pressure". Neither of these statements are correct.
Both "herbs" damned near killed me by RAISING MY BLOOD PRESSURE TO 200//110 !
I can't say for sure how high my shit was because my home meter does not go above 200.
I work weights twice a day and I will from here on out listen to my MD.
